The javelin throw event is one that requires a high level of technical performance and demands high physical capabilities from the throwers, such as strength, speed, and neuromuscular coordination, in addition to mastering the technical aspects according to the biomechanical conditions characteristic of this event. The importance of the research lies in preparing exercises for explosive strength and speed-strength at the moment of throwing using EMS and understanding their impact on some biomechanical variables and the performance level of athletes in the youth category. The research aims to prepare exercises for explosive strength and speed-strength with electrical stimulation (EMS) for the throwers and then to understand the impact of these exercises on some biomechanical variables at the moment of throwing. The researchers hypothesize that there are significant differences.Statistics between the pre-test and post-test for the research sample in the values of (instantaneous strength of the right leg at the moment of push in the final step, instantaneous strength of the left leg at the moment of throwing the javelin, instantaneous push time of the right leg, javelin launch speed, and achievement distance of the throwers). The training program was applied over a period of 12 weeks, with 3 training units per week, totaling 36 training units during the research period. The researchers concluded several findings, the most important of which was the effectiveness of exercises (instantaneous strength and speed-specific strength with electrical stimulation) used in the training program in improving some biomechanical variables at the moment of throwing, which had a significant impact on performance development.
