Abstract

The significant development in sports training is a result of using tools and methods, along with the application of modern techniques, knowledge, and expertise, which serve as a strong incentive to achieve goals. Accordingly, the research addressed exercises for instantaneous strength based on linear momentum values in the final step and their relationship to achieving performance among the sample individuals. The study focused on the impact of instantaneous strength exercises based on linear momentum variables in the final step at the moment of hitting the board, which plays an important and effective role in achieving an ideal rise for jumpers. The research aimed to prepare exercises for instantaneous strength based on linear momentum values. And its relationship with the achievement of long jump, which depends on body mass and speed, and its relationship with the sample achievement, based on the research hypothesis that there is a relationship in the post-tests of instantaneous force and also the values of linear momentum of the final step and the sample achievement. The research concluded that training according to instantaneous force effectively influenced the relationship between the step, linear momentum values, and achievement. It also recommended using other force training in the variables of momentum values to achieve success in other events.
