Abstract

Abstract: Due to the advancement of science in all fields and its significance in the sciences of development, including the sports field where remarkable records exist in athletics, such as the 400-meter event, and considering the role of research and experimentation in this field, the researchers used special speed endurance training with varying rest times in speed endurance training for the 400-meter event. This event is characterized by its ability, and they used training with different rest time intervals for two training groups. The first group used a pulse recovery of 81 beats per minute, while the other group used a pulse recovery of 51 beats per minute. The impact of these two methods on endurance training for this event and the outstanding results achieved recently, as this method of training with varying times and rest periods was used to develop the stages and completion of the 411-meter run for the talented. What is the most effective method in achieving success according to this training pattern for the stages and completion of the research sample? Accordingly, the researchers concluded that the 051 pulse rate training showed effectiveness in developing the stages of the 411-meter run and the completion for the research sample. Therefore, using this method with varying rest periods according to times has a significant effect on developing speed endurance according to this method and the completion for the research sample of the youth.
