The impact of differentiated instruction strategy based on cooperative learning on the learning and cognitive achievement of high jump performance and its retention.

The research aims to identify the preparation of an educational curriculum using the differentiated instruction strategy according to cooperative education, aiming at learning and cognitive achievement of high jump performance and its retention, and to identify the impact of the educational program on learning and cognitive achievement of high jump performance and its retention. The experimental method was used, and the research sample was selected from third-year students in the Physical Education Department at the College of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriya University, totaling 28 students.The results showed a positive impact between the pre-test and post-test results for both research groups, favoring the post-tests in learning and cognitive achievement of high jump effectiveness and retention. It was recommended to train teachers on using modern methods during the learning process, specifically the differentiated instruction strategy according to cooperative learning in teaching, as the teacher's knowledge of the strategy makes it easier for them to teach it.
