The research problem lies in understanding the scientific effects of specific exercises prepared after cupping on some biochemical variables and certain components of health fitness for men aged 35-40 years. Due to the scarcity of studies addressing the impact of cupping on white blood cell count and elements of physical fitness, and considering these factors during the training planning process, the research aims to determine the physical effects of cupping in order to provide accurate scientific information about the extent of these effects to assist those working in the sports field. The research aims to:
prepare specific exercises after cupping for men aged 35-40 years.
-Identifying the effect of specific exercises after cupping on some biochemical variables and components of health fitness for men aged 35-40 years. The researcher hypothesized that there are significant differences between the pre-test and post-test for the experimental group in some biochemical variables and components of health fitness for men aged 35-40 years. As for the research fields, they included the following:
-Human field: A group of students at the Open Educational College in Wasit, consisting of (10) male students.
-Temporal field: The period from 2019/11/15 to 2020/2-Spatial domain: The open educational college courtyard in Wasit, and the courtyard and hall of the Fine Arts Institute for Girls in Kut. The researcher used the experimental method with a single experimental group due to its suitability and the nature of the research, on a sample from the research community after ensuring their homogeneity. Through the discussion of the results obtained from the statistical treatments and in light of these results, the researcher reached a set of conclusions, including that the application of specific exercises and cupping had a positive effect on increasing white blood cells, in addition to no clear change in the explosive strength of the arms. In light of the conclusions, the researcher made a set of recommendations, the most important of which are
-The necessity of raising awareness about cupping through information on its positive effects on physical activity, as well as the need to conduct a study on the impact of cupping on other biochemical and physical variables, the necessity of informing trainers about the research results related to this topic to benefit from them, and the requirement for everyone to undergo medical examinations before and after using cupping.
