The research addressed the developThe high jump in handball activity. The research hypothesized that there is a statistically significant difference in the pre- and post-tests of the research variables due to the use of anaerobic physical effort exercises in the speed of motor response and the accuracy of close shooting from the high jump in handball for the sample individuals. It was also concluded that the anaerobic capacity exercises according to these specific exercises had an effective and impactful influence on the close shooting from the high jump in handball scoring. Additionally, recommendations were made to use other exercises for different capacities to develop skills in various sports.ments in the sports field and emphasized the use of aerobic physical effort exercises in enhancing the speed of motor response and their impact on the accuracy of close-range shooting in handball. The study explored the use of these exercises in accordance with understanding the motor response to these exercises in terms of accuracy and the relationship to handball skills, especially the shooting skill and its development methods. The research aimed to investigate the impact of specific aerobic physical effort exercises on improving the speed of response and accuracy of close-range shooting.
