The study aimed to achieve the following:
1. Preparing a training program to develop muscle strength and reduce psychological stress among disabled weightlifters.
2. Identifying the impact of the training program on reducing psychological stress among disabled weightlifters.
3. Identifying the impact of the training program on developing muscle strength among disabled weightlifters.
4. Identifying the impact of the training program on reducing psychological stress among disabled weightlifters.
The research hypotheses included: 1- The existence of statistically significant differences in muscle strength between the pre-test and post-test for the control and experimental groups, favoring the post-test. 2- The existence of statistically significant differences in muscle strength between the control and experimental groups in the post-test, favoring the experimental group. 3- The existence of statistically significant differences in reducing psychological stress between the pre-test and post-test for the control and experimental groups, favoring the post-test. 4- The existence of statistically significant differences in reducing psychological stress between the control and experimental groups in the post-test, favoring the experimental group.
The researcher concluded the following:
1. The emergence of statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test results of the research sample in physical tests, favoring the post-test, for both the control and experimental groups.
2. The effectiveness of the proposed training program in developing muscular strength quickly and effectively, with an advantage over the traditional training program.
3. The decrease in the level of psychological stress among the research sample weightlifters as their level and muscular strength improved.
4. The existence of statistically significant differences in reducing psychological stress between the control and experimental groups in the post-test, favoring the experimental group.
