At the beginning of sports practice, it is difficult to get the blind person out of their isolation and integrate them into sports activities. Therefore, the sports coach must take this into consideration and gain the blind person's trust first. The general goal of practicing sports is to reduce the negative effects of the disability, not to increase them by performing sports that do not match the type and degree of the disability and sports activities. There are some activities that blind people must practice, which are specific to developing physical and motor fitness. Therefore, sports for the blind aim to restore their functional capabilities, in addition to training the muscular system and developing its fitness, and helping them adapt to life.Attention should be given to developing the body's balance system for the visually impaired by increasing reliance on sensory receptors in the skin, muscles, and joints to compensate for the lost visual sensory receptors, as they play a role in the body's balance system along with the nervous and auditory systems. It is important to focus on developing the motor skills of the visually impaired, such as agility, flexibility, coordination, static balance, and dynamic balance. The significance of the research lies in using a proposed training program to improve the tactical performance of visually impaired individuals in football. One of the most important conclusions reached by the researchers is as follows: the blind person can play football when there is safety, appropriate equipment, and specialized coaches, which generate the physical and psychological readiness in the blind person to exert effort. The most important matters to consider when preparing the exercises used in training curricula are knowing the sample's level and thus setting the exercises and intensity according to that level, and the intensity can be increased as the sample's level improves gradually.
