The study aimed to identify some physical abilities, agility, and flexibility among the control and experimental groups of female students at Atba Bin Ghazwan Secondary School for Girls, intermediate stage, Baghdad, Karkh First, aged 15-16 years, and to identify the differences in some physical abilities, agility, and flexibility between the experimental and control groups for the pre-test and post-test of female students at Atba Bin Ghazwan Secondary School for Girls, intermediate stage, Baghdad, Karkh First, aged 15-16 years, as well as to identify the differences in some physical abilities, agility, and flexibility between the experimental and control groups for the post-test of female students at Atba Bin Ghazwan Secondary School for Girls, intermediate stage, Baghdad, Karkh First, aged 15-16 years.The researcher used the experimental method with an equivalent groups design due to its suitability for the nature of the study. The research sample was determined intentionally, consisting of students from Atba Ibn Ghazwan Secondary School for Girls, intermediate stage, Baghdad, Karkh First District, aged 15-16 years, with a total of 30 students. The research problem included understanding the reason for the lack of physical education lessons in terms of the spirit of music and rhythmic movement and its impact on the individual's health and physical condition. This prompted the researcher to start addressing this topic and propose some scientific solutions for it.I concluded that Zumba exercises contributed to improving physical abilities, agility, and flexibility in the experimental group among the students. The main experiment was conducted on March 5, 2018, on a research sample of 20 students, consisting of Zumba exercises. The exercise period lasted for 8 weeks, with 16 training units, and took place in the courtyard of Atbah bin Ghazwan Secondary School for Girls. The statistical methods used were mean, standard deviation, paired and independent t-tests.
