The effect of TRX body resistance exercises on some physical abilities of trainees aged 22-24 years.

The aim of the research is to prepare a proposed training program using TRX exercises on some physical abilities of trainees aged 22-24 years and to understand the impact of this training program on those variables. As for the hypothesis, there are statistically significant differences in physical abilities between the pre-test and post-test results. The researcher used the one-group experimental method with pre-test and post-test, and the program included two months (24 training units) over eight weeks. After the completion of the training units, the researcher found that the use of TRX exercises brought about a significant change in the physical abilities of the research sample. The researcher recommended paying attention to diversifying training methods due to their importance and in line with training requirements, including the effective use of TRX exercises to improve physical aspects and reduce boredom among trainees.
