The importance of the research lies in preparing educational units using the (R.E.D.R.U.M) strategy and understanding its impact on the technical performance of the student's triple jump event. The research problem was represented by the difficulty in learning the technical performance of the triple jump event for the student due to its numerous phases and its rapid execution by linking its phases one after the other, which causes confusion for the student during performance. In order to use everything that can improve learning outcomes and achieve the desired benefit, we must use modern teaching strategies that help in the learning process. A modern cognitive learning strategy in the sports field was used, which maximizes the student's abilities as much as possible. Therefore, the researcher decided to use this strategy and attempt toKnowing its impact on the technical performance of the student's triple jump activity, as for the research objectives, they were to identify the impact of the (R.E.D.R.U.M) strategy on the technical performance of the student's triple jump activity, and to identify the superiority of the impact between the (R.E.D.R.U.M) strategy and the method used in the technical performance of the student's triple jump activity in the post-tests. While the research hypotheses assumed that the strategy (R.E.D.R.U.M) has a positive effect on the technical performance of the student's triple jump activity, and that there is a superiority in the effect of the strategy (R.E.D.R.U.M) (experimental group) on the technical performance of the student's triple jump activity compared to the method used (control group) in the post-tests. The importance liesThe research on preparing educational units using the R.E.D.R.U.M strategy and its impact on the technical performance of the triple jump for students showed that the R.E.D.R.U.M strategy and the teacher's strategy were both effective in enhancing the students' ability to learn the technical performance of the triple jump. The R.E.D.R.U.M strategy demonstrated significant and clear improvement in the experimental group individuals' learning of the technical performance of the triple jump. The main recommendations included the necessity of providing sufficient and appropriate devices, tools, activities, and means to achieve the specific educational goals for the triple jump.
