The research in the first chapter addressed the introduction of the study, its importance, the impact of physical attributes and their development on performance, the significance of agility and its development on the 100-meter sprint, and the importance of the study in using ground ladder exercises and their effect on the 100-meter sprint. The problem of the research arose because the researchers have expertise in this field, one being a former international champion and a current coach for short-distance running. They discovered weaknesses in some physical attributes, including agility, which led to this research. The objectives of the research include preparing specific agility exercises on the ground ladder and examining the effect of these exercises on improving agility and consequently enhancing the performance of the 100-meter event. The research hypotheses were in favor of The post-tests in the specific tests for the research and the third chapter addressed the specific steps in conducting agility tests and the 100-meter sprint performance test. The training program included various exercises on the ground ladder for agility and consisted of 12 training units, with two units per week. The fourth chapter presented and discussed the research test results, which were statistically significant in favor of the post-tests and the impact of the training program prepared by the researcher on improving agility and consequently enhancing performance. The fifth chapter addressed the conclusions and recommendations, where the researcher concluded that the ground ladder exercises developed agility and thus had a positive impact on improving performance. The researcher recommended that researchers prepare additional exercises for the ground ladder and develop other attributes to improve performance.
