The current research aims to:
1. Identify the degree of practice of sports supervisors in their roles in developing the specialized school from the perspective of school coaches in the Sports Talent Care Department in Nineveh. The researchers used the descriptive survey method, and the research community consisted of 18 coaches from specialized schools for the academic year 2020-2021. To achieve the research objective, the sports supervision scale developed by Helburt (2010) was used, and its validity and reliability were verified. For data processing, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages, Cronbach's alpha, and Spearman-Brown equation were used. The main findings of the research are:
1. Sports supervisors possess a moderate degree of capability in performing their roles in developing specialized schools from the coaches' perspective.
2. Sports supervisors possess a moderate degree of capability in the field of human relations, ranking the highest. The researchers recommend the following:
1. The necessity of activating the participation of the sports supervisor as a school coach in developing educational and training plans, which includes the supervisor's follow-up on these plans, their implementation methods, and their evaluation.
2. The necessity of the official participation of sports supervisors in professional development programs for coaches, as it achieves integration in the administrative and technical roles of the supervisor towards specialized schools, so that the sports supervisor is continuously updated on the training programs that school coaches attend.
