The impact of rondo exercises on developing aerobic capacity and some basic skills of youth football players

The research aims to: 1. Prepare rondo exercises to develop aerobic capacity and some basic skills for youth football players. 2. Identify the impact of rondo exercises on developing aerobic capacity and some basic skills for youth football players. 3. Identify the differences between the control and experimental groups in post-tests of aerobic capacity and some basic skills for youth football players. The research sample was intentionally selected, consisting of youth players from Samarra Club, and represented the sample.The research (60%) is from the original research collection, and the data was processed using the SPSS statistical software. It was found that there is an impact of the exercises on aerobic capacity and some basic skills of youth football players. Conclusions: 1. The rondo-style exercises have a positive effect on developing aerobic capacity and some basic football skills. 2. The exercises have a significant positive impact within the youth age group. Recommendations:1. Paying attention to rondo-style exercises helps develop aerobic capacity and some basic football skills. 2. Conducting research and studies on the same method for other age groups and sports.
