The research problem lies in the fact that most players rely on power for scoring, resulting in their shots being more random and inaccurate. The researchers attribute this to the lack of consistency in using the appropriate types of shooting at the right time and in the right place. Therefore, the researchers decided to study the types of foot shooting (inside, outside, instep) and their relationship with accuracy and power to develop proper training and cognitive programs for football players and consequently use them in appropriate situations. The research aims to achieve the following: 1. Identify the differences in the results of shooting accuracy tests (inside foot, outside foot, instep).2. Identifying the values of differences between the results of shooting power tests (inside foot, outside foot, instep). The research hypotheses are: -1 There are statistically significant differences in the results of shooting accuracy tests (inside foot, outside foot, instep) in favor of the results of shooting accuracy tests using the inside foot. -2 There are statistically significant differences in the results of shooting power tests (inside foot, outside foot, instep) in favor of the results of shooting accuracy tests using the instep. The researchers used the descriptive method due to its appropriateness to the research problem, while the research community was represented by the players of Al-Khalis Club. The football players for the 2019-2020 season, numbering 20, were selected intentionally. In light of the results reached by the study, the researchers concluded the following: 1. The researchers concluded that the best type of kick for accuracy is with the inside of the foot. 2. The best type of shot for power is with the instep of the foot. The researchers recommend the following: 1. Shooting should be practiced in different situations, whether with moving or stationary balls. 2. Shooting should be directed towards achieving a specific goal, which is the purpose of the movement. 3. Studying shooting situations from a moving position.
