Abstract

The research problem lies in the fact that the researchers found that those involved in the educational and training process work to maintain performance and the ability to physically receive information. Repeating basic skill exercises increases their learning and development during the acquisition phase to improve and accelerate the learning process and reach the stage of successful performance. Additionally, keeping educational plans and curricula without keeping up with developments and not paying attention to developing the motor path for technical performance without affecting fatigue during learning, and equally importantly, physical abilities, is considered helpful and accelerates mastering learning and achieving educational goals in order to elevate the learning process. The research aimed to:1. Preparing special exercises for the arms according to the movement path of the volleyball serve skill. 2. Identifying the impact of special arm exercises according to the movement path of the volleyball serve skill. As for the research procedures, the researchers used the experimental method due to its suitability for the nature of the problem and it also included a description of the research sample. The researchers divided the sample into two groups, experimental and control, randomly and kept the control group through a lottery. The method prepared by the researchers was applied to the experimental group, while the traditional method followed by the teacher was used for the control group. In light of the results and objectives, the researchers reached the following conclusions: The exercises had a positive and clear impact on developing the technical performance of basic volleyball skills in the experimental group, and the proposed educational exercises in the curriculum achieved a clear improvement in the experimental group.
