In light of the research results, the researchers concluded a set of findings, including:1. The validity of the recreational culture scale for employees working in youth and sports forums in Iraq.
2. Employees working in youth and sports forums in Iraq enjoy a high degree of recreational culture based on the results produced by the research.

The sports recreation axis ranked first in the order of the axes of the recreational culture scale, while the scouting and cellular recreation axis ranked fifth and last among the employees working in youth and sports forums in Iraq, indicating that the research sample enjoys a higher degree of using sports recreation more than scouting and cellular recreation. In light of these conclusions, the researchers recommend the following:1.
