The aim of the research was to design an objective device to measure and evaluate the level of football goalkeepers during training and competition periods. It is necessary to provide means for measurement and evaluation that are appropriate to the goalkeeper's motor performance, similar to the performance during competition. The researchers used the descriptive method with a survey style due to its suitability for the nature and objectives of the research. The researchers selected the research sample intentionally, consisting of the goalkeepers registered at the football academy in the city of Khales, totaling (10) for the year (2018-2019). Goalkeepers who underwent the pilot experiment, totaling (2), were excluded. The researcher relied on the number of observations for each angle the goalkeeper performs the movement, with each of the four goal angles achieving (2) movements per player, and the number of attempts...(16) This is the number that the researcher relied on to extract the research results. After completing the tests, appropriate statistical treatments were used to reach the results, which were then presented, analyzed, and discussed. The researchers concluded that the motor response speed device developed by them for football goalkeepers is suitable for the research sample and valid for use by coaches and specialists in the field of scientific research. The main recommendation was the necessity of using the device to measure the motor response speed of football goalkeepers by coaches.
