Nutrition in the training process is a complement to the requirements of work and effective physical effort due to the burdens placed on the muscles and other functional systems. Training, especially in athletics, particularly the 100-meter dash, has seen a significant leap in performance numbers. This improvement is attributed to the use of factors that support the training process, including dietary supplements, which rely on the functional and chemical changes occurring in the athlete's body. These changes depend on the type of effort and the training phase the athlete is undergoing. The issue was addressed through the decline in performance numbers in the 100-meter dash in recent years. Therefore, the research tackled the problem by studying the relationship between dietary supplement users and training units and non-users of dietary supplements in the two groups under study. The researcher divided the two groups into supplement users and non-supplement users, with five participants in each group. The group that used the dietary supplement showed improvement in performance compared to the group that did not use the dietary supplement. Therefore, the researcher recommended the use of dietary supplements and essential vitamins to enhance muscle function in sports activities to achieve development and success.
