The psychological flexibility and its relationship with the leadership behavior of school sports activity supervisors in the First Rusafa Education Directorate.

The process of achieving sports success is one of the main pillars on which the training process is based, in addition to other training elements. This is related to the performance of the educational institution and its staff, including the technical supervisors in school sports activities. The study aimed to identify these two variables (psychological flexibility, leadership behavior) among the technical supervisor in the school sports activity department in the First Rusafa Education Directorate and to understand the relationship between these two variables. The study sample consisted of 12 supervisors from the training centers of the First Rusafa Education Directorate. To measure the research variables, the researcher used the psychological flexibility scale by Osama Kamel Rateb, which includes 30 items, and the leadership behavior scale by Mustafa Ismail Yassin.and it includes (40) items. The questionnaires were distributed to the technical supervisors during training periods, competitions, and official working hours. After collecting and statistically processing the questionnaires, the researcher concluded that there is a high significant correlation between the variables of psychological resilience and leadership behavior among the technical supervisors in the Directorate of Education in Rusafa First. Additionally, the researcher reached several suggestions and recommendations for future research in this field.
