The problem of the research lies in the fact that the researchers found that those involved in the educational and training process work on maintaining performance and the ability to receive information physically. Repeating basic skills exercises increases their learning and development during the acquisition phase to improve and accelerate the learning process and reach the stage of successful performance. Additionally, educational plans and curricula remain outdated, and there is a lack of attention to developing the motor pathway for technical performance without affecting fatigue during learning. Similarly, physical abilities are not given the same importance.Assistance and acceleration in mastering learning and achieving educational goals, and in order to enhance the learning process. The research aimed to: 1. Prepare special exercises for the arms according to the movement path of the volleyball serve skill. 2. Identify the impact of special exercises for the arms according to the movement path of the volleyball serve skill. As for the research procedures, the researchers used the experimental method due to its suitability for the nature of the problem, in addition to including a description of the research sample, as the researchers divided the sample into two experimental groups. And the control group was selected randomly by lottery. The curriculum prepared by the researchers was applied to the experimental group, while the control group continued with the traditional method followed by the teacher. In light of the results and objectives, the researchers reached the following conclusions: The exercises had a positive and clear impact on developing the technical performance of basic volleyball skills in the experimental group, and the proposed educational exercises in the curriculum achieved a noticeable improvement in the experimental group.
