Submission Procedures
Publication Terms:
- Research or scientific research must be characterized by authenticity, innovation, and creativity, following scientific methodology, directional integrity, linguistic accuracy, and quality of style.
- The scientific product or research should not be published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
- All scientific products or research submitted for publication in the journal are subject to arbitration.
- The opinion of the referees and arbitrators accredited by the journal's editorial board is the definitive scientific opinion regarding the modification or rejection procedures of the research submitted to the journal for publication.
Publication Instructions:
- The researcher electronically submits their research on the interactive website of the journal.
- The research is computer-assisted using Microsoft Word (IBM) and a single-sided program, on A4 paper with a 3 cm margin, numbered sequentially, including figures and tables.
- The researcher provides a summary of the research in both Arabic and English, not exceeding 200 words or one page.
- The research submitted to the journal for publication is organized according to the confirmed research writing rules in paragraphs (9) and (10), as well as the possibility for the researcher to compile research according to the research template. The journal compiles and places it on the journal's website in both Arabic and English.
- Republishing the journal's research in any other publication is not permissible without written permission from the editor.
- Providing the researcher with an electronic copy.
- The researcher is committed to making the modifications suggested in the referees' reports unless otherwise stated.
- The materials published in the journal reflect the opinions of their owners only.
Arabic Research Writing Rules:
- The research should not exceed sixteen pages, including sources, references, and appendices if any, in a two-column system on each page except the first page.
- Written in Arial font style (Body), Regular font style, Centered alignment, 20 line spacing from the title in dark black, 11 researcher names, 9 main title of the first level in black, and Roman font, 10 main title of the second level in dark black, italic font style, capital letter, alphabetically numbered, left-aligned, 10 regular text for research, 0.51 cm indent for the first line of the paragraph, and 8 for sources, references, and appendices, numbered justified, hanging 0.63 cm.
- The research is presented in Arabic and should not exceed 200 words per page.
- The research title is written in the middle of the first page, and at the bottom center, the name of the researcher or researchers is written, indicating (1) for the first researcher, (2) for the second researcher, and so on if there are multiple researchers in the research, including their affiliation (department, college, university), and below that their workplace if applicable. Researchers find that the researcher is more likely to prove that he is more than one researcher in the research. ) and the second researcher (2) and the third researcher if present (3).
- Writing tables and figures, the table number is placed in the middle of the table above or below the table, and any title is written underneath, while the figure or image is placed below the model or image and any title is written underneath.
- Writing sources and references in the text using the hour system (source number, year of writing or publication, page quoted from) (6, 2019, 156), also, reference numbers in the research text, (author's name or author, research title or author, translation if the author is a translator, edition number if available, the publication number if available: (town, printer or publisher), year).

All scientific products, research, or working papers are subject to arbitration, and the researcher is not entitled to claim a certificate for the percentage of plagiarism used in his research.
Publication Mechanism
- Scientific results, research, and working papers are accepted and published in both English and Arabic languages only.
- Any research or scientific paper must be accompanied by a statement indicating it has not been submitted for publication elsewhere, unless it is a conference paper.
- All research papers are reviewed, and the editorial office reserves the right to reject any research or scientific papers.
- All materials become research papers and papers accepted by the publisher.
- The publisher must provide authors and accredited authors with evidence to correct printing errors.
- The journal adheres to the specified timing and delays in receiving scientific results, research, and publishing.
- Publishers are not responsible for any errors resulting from author oversight.
Publication Deadlines
- Submission and reception of scientific results and research are accepted from the beginning of each month, i.e., the first to the tenth of the same month as the final deadline for submitting and receiving scientific results and research.
- The researcher is notified of the revisions for the period from the middle of the month they researched (the 15th) to the end of the month (the 20th) in case of revisions, according to the opinion of the accredited reviewers in the International Journal of Sports Science. Scientific constants do not support the procedures and methodology of scientific research.
- The researcher is notified of the acceptance of their research or scientific production for publication in the specified volume and issue for that month, sent on the twenty-fifth of the same month.
- Research papers are published in a specific volume and number for the period from the 30th to the 31st of each month.
- It is expected that the issue will be published electronically on the website of the International Journal of Sports Science for the period from the 30th to the 31st of each month.
- Gregorian dates and deadlines are based on the submission and receipt of scientific results and research.
- Correspondence and communications are carried out electronically by the editorial board and researchers within the established email system for scientific output, research paper, or work conducted by the researcher.
- If the researcher does not adhere to the specified deadlines, the editorial board cannot publish the scientific output.
