Peer Review
Peer Review Process
The peer review process is one of the fundamental pillars to ensure the quality of published scientific research. The journal implements a rigorous review process aimed at enhancing the quality of research papers and evaluating their credibility and scientific significance. This is achieved through the following stages:
- Double-Blind Review: A double-blind review system is followed, where reviewers do not know the identity of the researcher, and the researcher does not know the identity of the reviewers. This system aims to ensure integrity and objectivity in the evaluation of research.
- Selection of Reviewers: Reviewers are carefully selected from among experts and specialists in the research field to ensure an objective scientific evaluation. The journal relies on reviewers with high experience and competence in various scientific domains.
- Comprehensive Evaluation: Reviewers assess the research based on several criteria, including the quality of scientific content, originality of the idea, accuracy of methodology, and clarity of results. The research's alignment with the journal's aims and scope is also examined.
- Recommendations: Reviewers provide their recommendations with one of the following options: acceptance for publication as is, acceptance with revisions, or rejection. Researchers must comply with the comments provided by the reviewers if the research needs modifications before publication.
- Review and Revision: If revisions are requested, the research is sent back to the researcher to implement the required changes. Subsequently, the research is resubmitted to the reviewers for another review before making a final publication decision.
- Time Frame: The journal strives to complete the review process within a period ranging from two to three weeks to ensure prompt review without compromising evaluation quality.
- Confidentiality: The journal ensures the confidentiality of submitted research and the associated review reports, disclosing them only to parties involved in the process.
